Description

The excellent semolina obtained from this durum wheat variety after sieving, is mixed with spring water from the Dolomites. Alce Nero organic spirelli with nettle are a source of fibre, are ideal served with flavoursome condiments and excellent for making vegetarian and vegan dishes.

How to use

Boil 1.5 liters of boiling water for 100 g of pasta, add salt to taste. Cooking time 'al dente': 11 mins.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina*, dehydrated nettle* (2%), water. *Organic.
