Food-grade diatomaceous earth also contains many minerals, such as silicon, calcium, magnesium and iron, which not only detoxifies but also strengthens the entire body.

- Adults: 1 measure daily dissolved in a glass of water or other drink. Watch your body's reaction. If you feel that the portion is too large, reduce the portion to 0.5 scoops (1.5 g) and gradually increase the daily portion to 1 scoop (3 g). Use the product for up to 6 months. Drink 2 liters of water a day. Measuring cup included in the package. Maximum daily intake: 3 g.

- Children (from 12 years of age): The daily portion for children is halved, i.e. 0.5 scoops (1.5 g) - if you are afraid that the portion is too large, you can start using 1/4 scoop. The product can be used for up to 6 months. You should drink 2 liters of water a day. Measuring cup included in the package. The maximum daily intake is 1.5 g.

Notes: Diatomaceous earth is a dusty mineral, due to its drying properties, it may cause dryness. Avoid long-term inhalation of high concentrations of the sprayed product, as it may cause irritation of the respiratory system. Do not allow the product to get into your eyes. If your eyes get irritated, rinse your eyes with plenty of lukewarm water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not recommended for use by breastfeeding mothers and pregnant women.
