Lemon, mint and chamomile support relaxation and good sleep. They contribute to the normal functioning of the respiratory system, promote digestion and natural defenses.

Recommended dosage: Children from the end of the 6th month 1 cup per day. Children from 3 years 2 to 3 cups per day.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. 

Pour 250 ml of boiling water into the infusion bag and leach for 10 minutes.
Always prepare fresh tea. The bag can only be used once.
If you are sugaring tea with sugar, do not give it to the infant with a bottle, but use the mug as soon as possible. Excessive use of tea with sugar can lead to increased teeth scarring. The maximum dose of sugar per 1 cup (250 ml of water) is 12.5 g (max. 5 g / 100 ml).
