How to use

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 bag and leave for 10 minutes to infuse.
Always prepare fresh tea, brew the bag only once.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION AND OTHER NOTES
Children over 9 months of age: 1 glass a day
Children over 3 years: 2-3 glasses a day

If you sweeten the tea, do not give it to babies in a bottle with a teat, but use a cup.
Excessive consumption of sugary drinks can lead to increased tooth decay. The maximum dose of sugar per 1 cup (250 ml of water) is 12.5 g (max. 5 g/100 ml)
