If you like Indian cuisine, this dal tadka is a perfect ready-to-eat meal, especially if you are in a hurry. The thick sauce can also be extended a bit with water or coconut milk if you prefer more of a soup-like consistency. 

On the stove: Heat in a saucepan over medium heat. In the microwave: Cut the top of the bag and heat upright on high for 2 min. Let stand for one minute and stir.

May contain traces of peanuts, soy, nuts, mustard and sesame.
