Brownies are usually made from wheat flour. We chose wholemeal rice flour and corn. This means that the organic brownies are naturally gluten-free, the flour is ground directly in our gluten-free mill. 

Analyzes for each batch in the mill laboratory guarantee gluten-free quality. The recipe with delicious dark chocolate flakes is transformed into a tasty, juicy sponge mixture that fills the kitchen with a delicious chocolate scent while baking.

The package makes six large or twelve small organic brownies. The Bauckhof brownies can either be prepared in the classic way with vegan butter, egg replacer and plant milk, soy flour and water. This only takes five minutes and the baking time is 25 minutes. On the pack there are ideas for variations from double chocolate to extra chewy.
