Bertyn, Instant Protein Veganmix - Seitan Burger, 3 x 90g

The Bertyn Instant Protein Veganmix is a mix of wheat semolina, wheat gluten and herbs with which you can instantly and easily conjure up protein-rich and low-fat seitan burgers on your plate.

This veggie burger mix is ideal to have at home as a meat substitute or for those unexpected moments when things need to go fast. You can make hamburgers with it or be creative and turn the dough into sausages, a vegan 'meat roll' or balls. A veggie party for everyone!

Put the contents in a bowl, add 120 to 140g of water. Knead into elastic dough and leave to rest for 3 to 5 minutes. Make the desired shape. Use oil and bake in a hot pan for 3 to 5 minutes on both sides.
