Organic Matcha is a powdered green tea. The process of making tea is a real ceremony, an experience for the senses. Thanks to its taste, Matcha is also used as an addition to baked goods, ice cream and cocktails.

1 small, flat teaspoon of tea (approx. 2.5 g) pour 250 ml of hot, but not boiling water (approx. 70-80 degrees C), stir with quick movements until the powder dissolves and foam appears.
To prepare matcha in the traditional way, pour a portion of tea with a bamboo spoon into a pre-heated bowl, pour hot, but not boiling water, and then whisk with a special bamboo broom. This last step gives the drink a smooth, silky texture.

Store in a dry, cool place.
