Organic psyllium husk powder 99% The organic psyllium husk powder is mainly grown in India. This is an annual herbaceous plant. The name “psyllium” has something to do with the properties of the seeds: When they are ripe, the seeds jump out of the fruit capsule and are reminiscent of hopping fleas. These are then ground into powder. Organic powdered plantain hulls are valuable due to the high content of dietary fiber. When combined with water, they form a gel. They can be added to thicken soups and sauces, as well as cocktails, oatmeal, muesli.

It is recommended to drink plenty of fluids while consuming powdered husk. Stir 1-2 teaspoons (approx. 4 g) into liquid daily and drink after a soaking time of around 15-20 minutes
