Description

Organic rye flakes are obtained from crushed rye grains. Rye flakes are a perfect proposition for a daily breakfast. They taste best with the addition of yoghurt, cereal drink and fruit.

How to use

Boil the flakes in the proportion 1: 2 (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk), simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
