Bio Planet, Spelt Grain, 400g

Spelled is an old variety of wheat. Spelled grains mature in thick shells, protecting them from contamination. Spelled can be ground to obtain wholemeal spelled flour, suitable for baking bread and cakes. Cooked and mixed spelled is a great base for chops and spreads.

After soaking for a few hours and rinsing, boil the spelled in fresh, salted water in the ratio 1:3 (1 portion of spelled to 3 portions of water) for approx. 90 minutes.

Store in a dry and cool place.
