One pack yields 220 g of prepared vegan fillet strips

Allow the vegan seasoned "fillet strips" to swell in lukewarm water (1 part "fillet strips" and 1.2 parts liquid, e.g. per 100 g approx. 120 ml makes 220 g "fillet strips") for approx. 10 minutes. Then fry in hot oil until golden brown.
