Cultured Foods, Vegan Mix Stew - Goulash Mix, 130g

Vegan goulash mix is ​​a ready-made, vegan goulash mix with meat substitute pieces - soy cubes. The dish is rich in protein (31 g in 100 g of product) and fiber (13 g in 100 g of product). The dish is prepared very simply and quickly - you only need water, oil and after 10 minutes you can enjoy a warm meal. The goulash can be served with potatoes, groats, pasta or bread. 

Cultured Foods products contain a probiotic - LactoSpore, which forms the spores of the bacterial strain Bacillus coagulans and is resistant to high temperatures. Stew in 10 muntes. All you need is some potatoes, rice, bread or noodles. Mix entire contents of bag with 3 cups (750 ml) water and 1T oil*. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes. Place over heat, bring to boil and let simmer for 2 minutes. Your stew is ready.
