Dragon Superfoods Organic Creamed Coconut is made from pure coconut by grinding the dried white coconut kernel untill it becomes smooth and creamy. Our Creamed Coconut comes to you from the Organic farms of Sri Lanka and it is free from hydrogenated fats, artificial flavors or preservatives.

Creamed Coconut is very versatile. It is an excellent ingredient for cooking and baking. Because of its low moisture content it can be mixed straight into the dough for breads and pastries. It can be blended in smoothies or added to cocoa/coffee as a non-dairy creamer. You can also simply transform it into coconut milk by dissolve 50g creamed coconut in 100ml warm water.

In fact, it is so delicious that many people just eat it by the spoonful, straight from the jar!
