For centuries, Turmeric has been famous not only as a spice, but also as a colorant and anti-inflammatory. Studies recently demonstrated its analgesic and antioxidant properties as well.

Chickpeas, well known for being beneficial to the cardiovascular system, and for helping to control the levels of cholesterol in blood. They are also rich in fibres, protein and omega-3.

Boil abundant salty water, add the pasta, and when the water boils again, set the flame mild. The foam is due to the natural origin of the raw materials. Cooking time: 6-7 minutes. Drain and season.
