Black bean pasta offers a rich taste and is naturally gluten-free.

Pulses are an excellent source of protein, unsaturated fatty acids, fibre, and key vitamins and minerals. They are low in fat (including healthy polyunsaturated fats), have a low glycaemic index, and provide ideal plant-based protein for vegetarians and vegans.

Our pasta contains no gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, corn flour, potato, or additives. It’s completely plant-based and cooks quickly while delivering valuable nutrients. Made with Italian pasta dough methods, it keeps perfect shape and texture.

Boil in lightly salted water over low heat for 3–5 minutes. Drain and rinse well. Serve as desired.
