HELPA porridge is a proposition for all those who value naturalness and practicality in the kitchen. Thanks to them, each of us can conjure up a meal full of nutritional value and taste in a few minutes.

Prepare 200 ml of water or milk in a cooking vessel. Slowly add two tablespoons of the mother's porridge. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly until uniform and cook for 2-3 minutes.

May contain wheat (spelt, emmer, einkorn), RYE, BARLEY, oats.

Store in a tightly closed, original packaging in a dry and cool place.
