Millet is one of the oldest cultivated cereals in the world. Alongside Holle Organic Rice Porridge, Millet Porridge is the most popular gluten free grain to start weaning your baby onto solids. Millet is very rich in unsaturated fatty acids and has a significant amount of minerals, vitamins, and trace elements - in particular silicic acid, which influences the healthy growth of bones, hair, nails, and skin. Easily digestible, this tasty porridge is packed with the goodness of the whole grain which has been gently unlocked with heat and moisture, ready for your baby’s growing needs.

Heat 100 ml of whole milk and 100 ml of water to approximately 50 degrees Celsius. Add 6 tablespoons (25 g) of the product. Mix everything well and allow the porridge to swell briefly. Before serving, make sure the temperature is 37 degrees Celsius.
Alternatively, you can prepare the meal with 130 ml of breast milk, 200 ml of whole milk or water, or (150 - 170 ml) of organic cow's or goat's milk for babies from Holle.

Store in a dry place, away from heat. Once opened, use within 3 weeks.
