Moisten the skin beforehand and use a face soap to cleanse the epidermis before exfoliating.

Rinse with clear water and start exfoliating from the lower body upwards with circular movements.

This exfoliation can be done without gloves if you have fragile skin, but you can also treat yourself to a massage with the Croll & Denecke Massage Glove.

If you have oily skin, do the body scrub twice a week.
If you have dry and sensitive skin, exfoliate once a week.
