White vegan chocolate sweetened with unrefined coconut blossom sugar has a darker colour than the regular white chocolates we are used to. Not bright white, but white with a brown tint.

The flavour of this white vegan chocolate is cannot be find in any ordinary white chocolate bar. First and foremost, the coconut blossom sugars adds a dash of caramel flavour to the chocolate. The pistachios also leave behind subtle flavours and the coconut milk powder provides a different taste than cow milk or soy milk would.
