Description

Noodles provide a quick and healthy food alternative. These fine brown rice noodles are delicious served in a Japanese style vegetable soup or stir-fried with vegetables. Noodles are a highly versatile staple food, try using instead of spaghetti pasta as a healthy, gluten-free alternative.

How to use

  • Remove the paper ties around the noodle bundles.

  • In a medium to large pot, bring water to a rolling boil (if the pot is too small the noodles will stick together).

  • Submerge the noodles in the boiling water and reduce the heat to medium (reducing the heat prevents overcooking).

  • Use a fork to carefully separate and stir to loosen.

  • Cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until they begin to soften, gently stirring occasionally. Do not overcook.

  • Drain the noodles in a colander under cold running water and rinse well (this stops the cooking process).

  • You can re-heat by adding them to your main ingredients or sauce.

    • Ingredients: Brown rice flour, water.

    Our warehouse is located in Paphos and currently our shop is only operating online. The orders are delivered by courier to your door and pickup points across Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia, and Famagusta - All Areas of the southern part of Cyprus!

    Minimum order: €15

    Free delivery on orders over €90 - by courier and €50 - to pick-up points.
