Vegan | Equivalent to 4L of plant-based milk

To reconstitute a glass of fresh Tiger Nuts milk, mix 3-4 tablespoons of Little Planet powder in 250ml of water. Add as much as you like! Once reconstituted, store in the fridge and consume within 72 hours. Shake well before use.

For a light, creamy foam, mix 1 tablespoon in 80ml of cold water and shake vigorously.

For pastry-making, stir the powder directly into your dough to add a soft texture and a sweet & sour flavour to your creations.
