Kitchen-Ready Low Carb Bread Flour Mix – a high-fibre, gluten-free blend of millet and quinoa flours. Naturally vegan and free from dairy, eggs, soy, corn, potato, and rice, with no added sugar or fat. Perfect for baking low-carb breads or buns at home.

Loaf (~450 g): mix 225 g flour mix, 5 g Himalayan or Parajdian salt, 350 g lukewarm water (≈40 °C). Knead thoroughly, shape into a loaf, rest 10 min, score 3–5 cuts, and bake at 190 °C for 70 min on a silicone-lined tray.
Buns (6 pcs): mix the same ingredients, divide into 6 portions, rest 10 min, and bake at 190 °C for 50 min. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
Store baked bread or buns in sealed plastic bags at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze once fully cooled.
