Kitchen-ready artisan flour mix crafted in Hungary for low-carb, sugar-free baking. Perfect for making breads and buns without added sugar or fat. Designed to be vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, yeast-free, and free from corn, potato, and rice products — ideal for free-from and low-carb diets.

• Suitable for low-carb and reduced-carb diets.
• For strict keto (20–30 g net carbs per day), consumption should be limited to small portions. One slice of bread (~40 g baked) provides around 9 g net carbs.

Recipe for a loaf (~450 g):

• Mix 225 g flour blend with 5 g Himalayan or Parajdian salt and 350 g lukewarm water (~40 °C).
• Knead thoroughly, shape into a loaf, and let rest 10 minutes.
• Score 3–5 slashes on top and bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C (top & bottom heat) for 70 minutes. Cool on a rack before slicing.

Recipe for buns (6 pieces):

• Use the same base mixture (225 g flour, 5 g salt, 350 g water).
• After mixing, divide into 6 portions, shape into buns, rest for 10 minutes, bake at 190 °C for 50 minutes.

Baked bread or buns can be frozen once cooled; after defrosting, they remain fresh and soft.
Shelf life at room temperature (in sealed bag): ~3 days (stales faster in the fridge).
