Kitchen-Ready Sweet & Savoury Biscuits Flour Mix – a high-fibre, gluten-free blend perfect for vegan baking. Free from dairy, eggs, soy, yeast, corn, potato and rice, it lets you create delicious sweet or savoury biscuits and linzers without added sugar or fat.

For 28 biscuit pieces (14 pairs): mix 150 g flour mix, 5 g sweetener (1:10), 35 g almond flour, 25 g coconut oil, zest of 1 lemon, 1 Tbsp bourbon-vanilla flavouring, 120 g warm water (≥40 °C). Let rest 15 min. Roll dough to 0.5 cm, cut shapes, and bake at 180 °C for 10–15 min. From one full bag you can make up to 168 pieces / 84 pairs.
