Juice produced from fresh aloe vera leaves grown in Andalusia (Spain).

Obtained using the NATURAL COLD PROCESS®, a process that involves cleaning and processing the leaves at low temperatures, followed by HPP preservation.

HPP is a modern food preservation method that involves subjecting packaging, including food, to high pressure using water as the pressurized fluid. During compression, the water reduces the volume of the product packaging by approximately 15%-18%. Volume is recovered at the end of the HPP cycle, so packaging flexibility is crucial to the success of this preservation method.

Plastics are commonly used in HPP-preserved products due to their flexibility. Other materials, such as glass bottles, are not suitable for HPP food preservation because they are not pressure-resistant.

The main advantages of HPP technology are extending the product's best-before date, preserving nutritional value, freshness, and flavor.

HPP technology is used as an alternative to heat processing, e.g. pasteurization.

The manufacturer recommends drinking 50 ml, 3 times a day. 50 ml = 3 tablespoons.
