Coconut Amino Sauce is a heavenly and a healthy alternative to Soy Sauce with 17 important naturally occurring Amino Acids.

Coconut aminos is a flavouring handmade from barrel-aged fermented coconut blossom nectar which provides a natural sweet taste. After fermenting, the nectar is mixed with sun-dried sea salt and herbs. This ensures a full, savoury and unique taste. Sweet, but with a slightly acidic aftertaste. Although coconut aminos is made from coconut blossom nectar, it has no coconut taste or smell. Delicious in marinades, dressings or dips. 

Coconut Aminos is handmade from coconut blossom nectar during a cold process without heating. So it is raw, soy-free and contains only natural sugars. In addition, Coconut Amino sauce is 100% gluten-free, just like Tamari, although some Tamari sauces are still made from wheat. This seasoning is often referred to as the 'no-soy sauce'. It is therefore very suitable if you want to eat raw food or paleo.
