Insert the NORDICS interdental brush into the space between the teeth (at the gum line) in a horizontal position, then pull it out. When cleaning, you can make small, circular movements with it if you think that this way you will clean the interdental spaces more thoroughly. Always move the brush carefully and gently. Rinse the brush after use. Replace your toothbrush as soon as you notice the first signs of wear.
