Ingredients in a daily portion

magnesium salts of citric acid - 2500 mg,

including magnesium - 375 mg (100% NRV**)

Recommended portion of the product to be consumed during the day necessary to obtain the beneficial effects of the product: 1 portion of powder (2.5 g) = 1 teaspoon.

Mix one serving of powder (1 teaspoon) in a glass of water. Consume immediately after preparation once a day during a meal.
