Pancakes are a product without gluten, sugar, corn, white rice flour and unnecessary enhancers. Our mix contains only 1 g of simple sugars per 100 g of product and as much as 7.3 g of fiber. Contains a sweetener. No added sugars. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

How to use

• Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, add 400 ml of kefir, 1 egg and mix thoroughly. You can add chopped apples or other fruits (bananas, blueberries) to the dough. Fry on low heat, preferably in clarified butter or coconut oil.
• It also comes out without the egg! It can also be prepared in a vegan way with just water (200 ml) or with an oat drink. In this case, fry immediately after mixing the dough.
