Linseed is heavy and pleasantly weighing down. Under the influence of a pleasant weight and darkness, tired muscles of the eyes will relax, and you will deeply relax and calm down before going to sleep. As a cold compress it is reliable for swollen eyes, and when you put a cool pillow on your forehead, it can cope with a headache as well.

The pillow can be placed directly on the eyes or forehead, e.g. after a long work at the computer, before going to bed or for relaxation after a yoga session. You can safely place the pillow chilled in the refrigerator or in the freezer on sore and swollen places and use it as a cold compress.
You can also use the pillow under the wrist and forearm as part of the carpal tunnel prophylaxis. Placed under the wrist, e.g. when working at the computer, it keeps it in a neutral, straight position. The cushion placed under the forearm relieves the tension caused by long work at the computer.

The pillowcase can be washed according to the instructions on the label, after pouring the filling. If the pillow gets wet, pour out the grains and dry them in a warm, ventilated place.
