Description

The algae are hand-harvested in their natural habitat, on the coast of Galicia (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese Waters). Kombu algae are used to flavor water used to prepare soups, broths, sauces, dishes with rice, vegetables etc. 1 g of the product contains 150 mg of iodine, which covers the daily requirement for this ingredient.


How to use

Use only to prepare decoctions or broths, do not consume directly. Add 1 g of algae per 1 liter of boiling water, cook for 5 minutes and remove the algae from the stock or broth.

Ingredients: Organic dried kombu sea algae (Laminaria ochroleuca)
