Probios, Dried Organic Spaghetti Seaweed - Brown Algae, 50g

Organic seaweed (Himanthalia elongata), hand-harvested in Europe and dried at low temperature (<38°C). Its long, spaghetti-like shape gives it the name "sea spaghetti". With a fleshy texture and slightly sweet flavour, it can be rehydrated and cooked for 10 minutes as a side dish or added to soups, stews, croquettes, omelettes, pasta, rice or couscous.

Naturally very high in iodine – recommended use in small amounts, no more than 2g dried seaweed (1 tablespoon) per day per person.

Suitable for keto diet: very low in sugars, rich in fibre.

Rinse carefully to remove possible shells or marine debris. Rehydrate for 20 minutes, then cook for 10 minutes. Drain before use. Weight multiplies by 5 after hydration.
