The idea behind sprouted grains is an ancient and natural process. The grains are first carefully selected and cleaned to soak and then germinate. During the germination process, the grain is awakened from its 'sleeping state', bringing its full vitality to the surface. After sprouting, the grains are dried using a gentle technique. That preserves the beneficial properties of the grain and the sprouting process. It also activates enzymes that help improve digestibility.

You can mix this basic muesli in no time with, for example, yoghurt, quark, fresh fruit and/or nuts. Add some orange juice, vegetable milk or hot water. You can also cook the muesli briefly (2-3 minutes) as porridge. Or turn the muesli into a crispy cruesli by briefly roasting your favourite mix in the oven.

Store in a cool, dark and dry place. After opening, seal it airtight and consume within 2 - 3 months.
