During the germination process, the grain is roused from its 'sleeping state', ensuring that its vitality and qualities are fully released. The activated grains are then air-dried and flattened. Use the sprouted oat flakes in your muesli, porridge or as topping for desserts.

Oat flakes contain slow carbohydrates, fibre, proteins and fats, making you feel satisfied for longer and less likely to crave a quick snack. Oat flakes are gluten-free by nature.

You can boil oat flakes in water or (vegetable) milk to make oat porridge for a healthy breakfast. You can also let them soak overnight and then add them to your muesli or yogurt.
