Terrasana, Genmai Miso Unpasteurised Soy Paste with Brown Rice, 350g

Genmai miso is a delicious seasoning made from organic soya beans and unpolished brown rice. Genmai miso fits well in both Japanese and European cuisine. 

Genmai miso ferments for a minimum of 18 months in 100-year-old cedar casks, in the charismatic hands of our experienced Japanese experts. 

Genmai miso is ideal as a base for miso soups, fish and meat dishes, sauces and dressings. Also delicious in combination with pulses or cabbage-like vegetables.  Genmai miso has a medium-strong flavour.  

Use 1 tablespoon to replace a stock cube or use it for 200 ml miso soup. Use as a base for sauce, marinade or dressing.
