Use 1 teaspoon of kukicha for 250 ml of water. Make kukicha in the traditional Japanese way: heat the tea cup with hot water. Place the kukicha in a tea strainer in a teapot and pour on water at about 85 ° C - 90 ° C. Infuse for 1-2 minutes. If you pour twice, let the tea infuse for another 30 seconds.
