A 50g portion of oatmeal contains 1.71g of oat beta-glucan. Oat beta-glucan helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. High cholesterol is a risk factor for coronary heart disease. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3g of oat beta-glucans. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.

NOTICE

Pour 50g of oatmeal (6 tablespoons) into a bowl and pour 120ml of boiling water or 100ml of hot milk or plant-based drink (depending on the desired consistency). Stir, let steep for 3 minutes, and enjoy your warm meal.
For overnight oats: add a little more cold water or milk and let steep overnight in the refrigerator.
