Description

Organic mix for preparing chocolate muffins.


1 serving: approx. 65 g

Number of servings: approx. 12 muffins


1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (no fan)

2. Prepare a muffin tin. Line a metal baking tin with paper liners; silicone ones don't need liners.

4. Place 2 bananas, 170g of natural yogurt, 2 eggs, and 70ml of oil in a large bowl and mix everything well.

5. Pour the contents of the package

into the muffin tins and mix thoroughly. 6. Pour the mixture into muffin tins. You can top with any fruit or NUTS.

7. Bake in the oven for approximately 35 minutes.


NOTE:

For a vegan version, replace 2 eggs with one banana and 2-3 tablespoons of vegan yogurt. These muffins taste delicious with raspberries or blueberries.

Our warehouse is located in Paphos and currently our shop is only operating online. The orders are delivered by courier to your door and pickup points across Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia, and Famagusta - All Areas of the southern part of Cyprus!
