Black garlic is fermented garlic, also called aged garlic, aged garlic extract or black garlic. The first white garlic (Allium Sativum) from Amanprana fermented for 65 days at a temperature of 65°C, a humidity of 85% and a drying time of 48 hours. Power and opulence multiply, transforming the garlic into a black version of itself.
