Bio Raj, White Beans Big, 400g

Organic Jaś white beans are particularly well-known as the main ingredient in the popular Polish dish "fasolka po Bretońsku." They are perfect for soups, stews, spreads, pâtés, and salads. They are an excellent source of fiber and plant-based protein.

After soaking and rinsing the beans for at least 12 hours, cook them in fresh, unsalted water for approximately 60 minutes until tender. Add salt towards the end of cooking.
