Description

Biozentrale Organic Egg Replacement. For the preparation of delicious dishes and home-baked delicacies. Use the egg replacement for sweet or savoury pastries, moist sponge cakes, fluffy waffles, pancakes, casseroles or potato pancakes. Simply and quickly mix the powder with sparkling water.


 Not suitable for preparing scrambled and fried eggs!

How to use

5 g egg replacement+ 50 ml sparkling water corresponds to 1 egg.

Ingredients: Sweet lupine flour*, thickener: locust bean gum*; maize flour*, linseed protein*, sunflower protein*.
* From certified organic farming.

May contain traces of mustard.

Our warehouse is located in Paphos and currently our shop is only operating online. The orders are delivered by courier to your door and pickup points across Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia, and Famagusta - All Areas of the southern part of Cyprus!

For customers in Paphos: Free pick-up for orders over €25 at "Green Monday Locker". Our locker is located next to Dog Grooming by Andreas, 240m from AlphaMega. Please pay your order online or by Paypal. There is no option for cash in this delivery method.
