Biovegan, Arrowroot Flour Gluten Free, 200g

Arrowroot flour is derived from the roots of the tropical arrowroot plant and is known for its purity and quality. As a fine baking ingredient and for binding of soups, sauces or pudding usable.

How to use

Substitute 10% of the flour with Arrowroot. As a binder: remove 7 tbsp of the cold liquid and stir 50 g Quick binder Baking into it. Add it to the dish, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
