The shiny, fine consistency of this organic glaze makes fruit toppings look even more delicious. The clear glaze is ideal for quick preparations of scrumptious fruit cakes and is a must have in every household. The first purely plant-based glaze in organic quality.

Stir package contents into 250 ml cold water and sweeten to taste. Bring liquid to a boil for 2 min. while stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat, stir occasionally and allow to cool for approx. 10 Min. until the glaze becomes somewhat creamy. Spoon icing by tablespoonfuls onto cake, starting from center. spread over the cake. The cake can be cut after it has cooled (approx. 30 min.). TIP: Sprinkle the cake base with cream stiffener evenly on to prevent the base from becoming soggy.

Store in a cool and dry place.
