The pleasant nutty tasting Jerusalem artichoke tuber consists of about 40% inulin, a swellable, indigestible fiber. The powder is stirred daily, about two to three teaspoons in milk, yogurt, muesli, juice or water. However, it can also be taken pure. It is important to drink a lot afterwards, so that the swelling effect sets in.

How to use
