Celiko, Classic Muffin Mix, 280g

Powdered cake concentrate for easy homemade muffins. This gluten-free mix creates light, fluffy muffins that can be enjoyed plain or customised with fruit, nuts, or chocolate. The package includes instructions for classic or carrot-cinnamon variations and offers a simple vegan option by omitting eggs.

For classic muffins: mix 1 pack of the mix (280 g) with 2 eggs, 100 ml oil and 40 ml water. Blend for about 3 minutes. Fill muffin tins and bake at 180 °C for 20–25 minutes.
For a vegan version, omit eggs and use 60 ml water.
For carrot-cinnamon muffins, add 100 g finely grated carrot and 2 tsp gluten-free cinnamon sugar.
