Ceremonial cocoa is raw, non-fatted cocoa, subjected only to gentle fermentation. This allows to obtain the appropriate aromatic profile and better bioavailability of the active ingredients contained in it. Ceremonial cocoa - although the name suggests a celebration of its consumption - is more than just a ritual of drinking it. Its uniqueness is ensured by the selection of appropriate cocoa varieties, proper cultivation and compliance with procedures for the processing of obtained beans. A bar of this cocoa is the most original, nutritious form of chocolate and at the same time a product for connoisseurs. Thanks to the unique process of cryogenic grinding, over 50% of cocoa fat is preserved, and the husk - a valuable source of fiber - is ground.

NOTICE

Ceremonial cocoa is poured by hand, we do not use tempering (crystallization of cocoa butter). The appearance of bloom, discolouration and the occurrence of various cocoa surface structures is a natural phenomenon and does not affect the taste and aroma of the product.
