Burger Mix is ​​a delicious, natural alternative to ground meat – high in protein, gluten-free, and enriched with Lactospore® cultures. 

Simply swap ground meat for Burger Mix in your favorite dishes: burgers, meatballs, spaghetti bolognese, lasagna, tacos, casseroles, or stuffed potatoes.

Lactospore® is a patented spore-forming strain of Bacillus coagulans bacteria that is resistant to extreme conditions, including high temperatures and stomach acids.

The culture dose in this product corresponds to the recommended culture dose for 500g of yogurt.

Pour the mixture into a bowl, add 300ml of hot water, and mix well.
Wait 5 minutes, then prepare like ground meat.
Shape into burgers or meatballs, or fry in oil and use in spaghetti bolognese, lasagna, chili, tacos, or stuffed peppers.
