It’s so easy to prepare the vegan meatballs:

NEW: No cooling time, with improved recipe!

1. Mix 125 g of the ready-made meatball mix with 225 ml of very cold water and 2.5 tbsp (approx. 25g) of vegetable cooking oil thoroughly, then let it rest for approx. 3 minutes.
Add chopped onions, herbs and spices as needed.

2. Form the mixture into meatballs of the desired size.

3. Heat a little cooking oil in a coated pan and fry the meatballs at low to medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side.

Store in a cool and dry place.
