Marigold, Fermented Tempeh in Spring Water, 280g

Tempeh is a pure fermented soya beans in water from the Indonesian island of Java. A good source of protein, it is easily digested due to the fermentation process. 

Empty the contents into a bowl and add a ctushed clove of garlic, 1/2 a teaspoon of coriander and a pinch of salt. Soak for a minute and then deep fry the chunks for 3-4 minutes untill golden brown. Remove from oil, drain and eat whilst still hot and delicious, ideally with chilly sauce and rice.

The tempeh is already cooked and ready to eat. It can be added directly to soups, stews or as an ingredient to any dish of your choice.
