Description

Genmaicha tea leaves are grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soil in southern Japan in Kagoshima Prefecture.

Fresh spring water from high altitude tea gardens and a gentle roasting process of organic rice provide the typical nutty taste of Genmaicha.

Dark green loose leaf tea and deeply roasted rice create a cup of orange infusion with the scent of roasted beans.

How to use

Pour 20 g of tea into a jug/teapot and pour 1 liter of water at a temperature of approx. 90 °C. Brewing time approx. 1 - 1.5 minutes.

Ingredients: Roasted brown rice* (59%), green tea* (37%), roasted glutinous rice* (4%). (*certified organic ingredient)

Additional information

Store in a dry and cool place in a tightly closed container.
